We ship to the United States for a flat rate of $5. We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $10

Processing and delivery times vary from 1-2 weeks to United States and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world. 

 

FREE SHIPPING

As a small business, kai kai market provides Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $25+ to the United States and $100+ to the rest of the world.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to do the nature of custom and print-on-demand products kai kai market does not accept returns. If a mistake was done in our part, your item will be elegible for an exchange and we will replace the product completely free. It’s important that the buyer submit the correct information for the order. Unfortunately if a mistake is made by the buyer we are not able to make a replacement.

Damaged, misprinted, or an otherwise faulty product must be reported to us within 30 days of purchase for a new item. Visual proof of items will be required. Please submit the Contact Support below and we will start processing your exchange, if eligible, as soon as possible. 

 

PRICE MATCHING

Large retailers are able to sell products at lower costs often due to the large quantities they purchase from their suppliers. As a small business, we are not able to compete with higher discounts and/or promotions from other websites and we are unable to provide price matching.
